JOHN J. TREXLER received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1986 and his law degree from the T. C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond in 1989. Since 1989, his practice focus has been in business law as well as civil litigation especially related to construction and collections matters. He also has an extensive bankruptcy law practice representing both debtors and creditors. A native of Chesterfield County, Mr. Trexler is an active member of Providence United Methodist Church where he has been its Finance Committee chairman since January of 2004. He is also a coach with the Midlothian YMCA Youth Soccer Program. Mr. Trexler resides in Midlothian with his wife and three sons.
